Save to Your Home Screen
- Open this page in Safari (required for iPhone).
- Tap the Share button (square with arrow).
- Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen."
- Tap Add — an Oracle icon will appear on your home screen.
- Open this page in Chrome.
- Tap the three-dot menu (top right).
- Tap "Add to Home screen" or "Install app."
- Tap Add — an Oracle icon will appear on your home screen.
First-Time Login & MFA Setup
- Enter the username and password provided by IT and HR.
- You will be prompted to set up Multi-Factor Authentication.
- Choose "Mobile App" (recommended for all phones).
- Download Oracle Mobile Authenticator using the QR code or links below, or use Google Authenticator / Microsoft Authenticator.
- Scan the QR code shown on screen with the authenticator app.
- Enter the 6-digit code to complete setup.
